Sound(03-11-08)

When a tree falls in the middle of the forest, and there is no one to hear it, does it makes any type of sound?

Tonight I was about to go to sleep and I honestly dont know what to pray to God. So, I said: "I want to talk to you, but I dont have the guts to ask you for nothing, after the day I have put you thru. I dont know what to ask for others, and I think I will sound kind of cliche if I tell you how amazing you are, so I just going to stay quite. Beside many times thats what you do to me, you just stay quite and dont talk to me." Then this words came to my mind: "The fact that you can not hear me doesnt means that I am not talking to you." They I remember something I learn at work not so long ago. Sound is a mechanical vibration. We can talk because there is something in our throut that makes vibration when air travel thru them. God is constantly vibraring, thats how so many people keep coming to him after so many years. This is why Jesus' act has been past thru generation to generation and it just doesnt die.

If a tree falls it does make a sound, but a person can only hear it if they are close by. I guess I need to get closer to God to at least hear what he is saying.

Tito, this is a powerful message! Lately I have been learning something similar...it reminds me of the miracles Jesus performs...you know who sees those miracles? Those who follow Him and serve with Him. Those who serve see the miracles as others also receive them...those who are close to God hear His voice. Proverbs 8:17 I love those who love me, And those who seek me diligently will find me. Thanks for sharing!
